Refund policy
All customized items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. While we do not offer exchanges, we gladly accept returns on full-price, non-personalized products from our curated shop for in-store credit only within 30 days of purchase. All sale items are final sale.
To be eligible for return, items must be in their original condition– unworn and unwashed– with tags attached, when applicable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please email hello@honeymoonbabyco.com to initiate a return. Any items sent back to Honey Moon Baby Co that are ineligible for return will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
