While we cannot guarantee that an item will return to Honey Moon, we work hard to restock our core collection whenever possible. We would encourage you to enter your email for a restock notification to be alerted of its return.
We encourage you to look at the care details on each individual product page. Many of our products are 100% cotton and may shrink in the dryer, so we recommend line-drying these items to keep them in optimal condition.
While we do not offer gift wrapping at this time, we carefully package each and every order so that you can be proud to have sent a Honey Moon Baby Co package to your gift recipient.

Absolutely! We offer rushed, 2-day processing here. With the purchase of expedited processing, your order is stitched within 2 business days– not including weekends or holidays. We also have shipping upgrades available at checkout, should you need them.

We know it can be hard to imagine exactly what a text will look like in each font, so we gladly provide mock-ups of our font offerings upon request. Just send us a message here. We ask that you kindly do so before placing your order.

Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
We’re so grateful that you chose to shop with us and promise we’ll work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Items from our curated collection ship within 2 business days. Our customized items are all carefully stitched by hand and have a 2-3 week lead time unless rushed processing is added to your order.
Please note that if your order contains pieces from both the curated and the customized sections of our shop, it will ship in one package once your customized pieces have been completed. If you need your non-personalized items sooner, we encourage you to consider placing 2 separate orders.
All customized items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. While we do not offer exchanges, we gladly accept returns on full-price, non-personalized products from our curated shop for in-store credit only within 30 days of purchase. All sale items are final sale.
To be eligible for return, items must be in their original condition– unworn and unwashed– with tags attached, when applicable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please email email@example.com to initiate a return. Any items sent back to Honey Moon Baby Co that are ineligible for return will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Sometimes a shipping carrier marks an item as delivered before it actually reaches its final destination. Please allow 24-48 hours for your package to arrive. In most cases, it reaches you within that time frame.
If you still haven’t received your order after 48 hours, reach out to us. While Honey Moon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do everything we can to help you track down your order.
